Ingredients:
- cleaned scallop meat with shells
- olive oil
- chopped garlic
- chopped parsley
- white wine
- pepper
- salt
Procedure:
Put the cleaned scallop meat back into the shells, pour over the mix of olive oil, wine, garlic and parsley, and then season with salt and pepper. Place the seasoned shells in the oven and bake at 180°C for about ten minutes. The shells are done when the meat turns white.
Suggestions:
You may season the scallops with some butter added to the rest of the ingredients before baking. Prepared this way, they can also be barbecued when prepared. The same recipe may be used for Queen scallops too, which, however, require shorter baking.
